This out-of-town retail warehouse under construction, with a gross floor area of approx. 845 m², is located on a retail park alongside the rue de la Station in Jemeppe-sur-Meuse (Séraing). The following retailers are present on this retail park: Trafic, AD Delhaize, Wibra, LIDL, Bristol, Pointchaud, etc. The unit in question will be built on the left of the current Trafic shop. The site has a large commun car park. Completion is expected by March 2024.
